InterPoker review:
InterPoker is one of the leading rooms on the Cryptologic
network, which focuses on European players. The rooms on this network include
casino and sportsbetting interests, so the poker room has a steady supply of
less-skilled players.
InterPoker uses Cryptologic software, the same software that
powers rooms like Sun Poker and PokerPlex. The games offered are Holdem, Omaha,
7 Stud, and "Holdem Blackjack". Holdem Blackjack combines Blackjack with
elements of holdem creating a tournament style game where players bet into a pot,
and show down cards against each other (instead of the dealer).
InterPoker is a solid room. The player traffic is lower than
many of the rooms that accept US players, lowering the table selection. And
while the software does have some interesting, likeable features, it doesn't
have all of the features of the leading rooms. The poker room is compatible with
Poker Tracker and the PokerAce HUD.
The tournaments are usually quite popular at Inter Poker. You
will find anything ranging from $2 buy-ins to a massive $300, although these
aren’t very filled. Over 95% of the sit’n’go tables are Texas Hold’em and
scheduled games are usually strictly Texas Hold’em, ranging around the $20
buy-in regions. In other words, nothing special but not that shabby either.
InterPoker offer 24/7 telephone and e-mail support. The
response time is usually four hours of waiting and the replies are mostly
accurate and correct. We recommend e-mail for non-urgent questions.
